Undergraduate and School of Nursing and Allied Health Online mode of study courses are copied from adjunct-ready course primaries. Empty course shells are created months in advance of the next term, and content is copied into those course shells approximately 3-4 weeks before the start of preview week.

Full-time line faculty with Empire Online approved faculty-pour course primaries will have their course primaries mapped as copy sources to their term sections before the start of the term. If you would like to request a different copy source, please submit a service desk ticket.

Instructors teaching EDPL, Independent Studies, Study Groups, Virtual Study Groups, Residency, School of Graduate Studies, School of Labor, and International Education courses need to submit requests to create their courses in Brightspace each term using the OAA Course Request system.

For more information on the course request system, please visit the Knowledgebase.
